2020 竹塹中元城隍祭 GPS，由城隍廟中元普渡活動演變而來，祭典中的城隍爺賑孤遶境、「夯枷解厄」法會循古禮進行，數千人戴枷遶境展現對神明虔誠信仰畫面盛大，民國98年(公元2009年) 登錄為新竹市民俗活動。
