(باڵانس و دراو) is a simple and fast mobile utility app designed to help users send mobile credit (balance) using USSD codes through local telecom operators including AsiaCell, Korek, and Zain, and receive the returned amount through FastPay or FIB.
📲 How It Works:
The user selects their SIM type (AsiaCell, Korek, or Zain).
Then, they choose the bank service to receive the balance refund (FastPay or FIB).
The user enters the amount they want to send and the phone number that will receive the refunded amount.
The app initiates the balance transfer by dialing the USSD code.
After the transaction, the telecom company sends a confirmation SMS.
The app automatically reads this SMS (from the carrier only) to check if the transaction was successful.
If confirmed, the app sends the transaction details securely to the server for both user and admin.
The admin then transfers the equivalent amount to the chosen FastPay or FIB account.

The app only reads SMS messages received from telecom providers (AsiaCell, Korek, Zain).
It does not send SMS or access any personal or unrelated messages.
The SMS permission is used strictly to confirm the success of balance transactions and to improve speed and reliability.
