"Battery Charge Meter" is an app that collects complete information about the state of the smartphone battery. Select a compatible charger and USB cable
monitoring the battery charging speed on the graph. Get detailed information to analyze and control the state of the battery of your device. All information is read directly from the battery controllers.
Battery status information is provided in a convenient form. All indicators are dynamically updated, and you can set the data update interval in the application settings. The "Average power consumption" and "Instantaneous current" indicators are provided in the form of a graph - thanks to this, you can easily track how quickly your device discharges or accumulates charge. Current consumption indicators in the form of a convenient graph will help you easily select a charger compatible with your smartphone or tablet.
📊 "Battery information" tab (Battery manager):
Here you can get detailed information about the device's battery indicators. Dynamically changing graph of consumption and accumulation of charge.
Indicators:
- Connection type
- Charging status
- Energy amount
- Charge amount
- Battery capacity
- Voltage (mV)
- Average power consumption (mA)
- Instantaneous current (mA)
- Temperature (°C)
- Manufacturing technology
- Ampere meter
🔋 "Battery status" tab:
Here you can see the battery status.
Battery status statuses:
"GOOD" - Good condition
"OVER VOLTAGE" - means that the voltage supplied to the battery is higher than the permissible limit. This can be dangerous for both the battery and the device as a whole.
Possible causes:
• faulty charger - supplies too high a voltage.
• problems in the device's charging system - the charge controller does not regulate the power supply correctly.
• battery failures - the battery itself may be damaged or degraded.
• firmware/software errors - sometimes there is a false triggering of sensors or incorrect voltage detection.
"UNSPECIFIED FAILURE" - unspecified error.
"DEAD" - the battery is most likely beyond repair.
Possible causes:
• zero voltage or below the protection threshold.
• deep discharge, due to which the battery controller blocked further operation.
• physical degradation - wear of cells, aging of the battery.
• possible error of the power management board or corrosion/damage to the connectors.
"COLD" - means that the battery temperature is too low for normal charging or operation.
Possible causes:
• possible faulty temperature sensor inside the battery.
• failure in the power controller/firmware.
"OVERHEAT" - the battery is very hot and is outside the safe temperature range.
Possible causes:
• charging at high ambient temperatures.
• battery damage.
• clogged or non-functional cooling system.
• non-original charger is used.
📱 Device Information Tab:
On this tab you will get detailed information about your device, its model, manufacturer name, android version and hardware information.
The Battery Charge Meter app has a simple and clear interface, is not overloaded with unnecessary functions and will appeal to users who only need basic technical information for battery monitoring. All functions such as getting battery status are available for free.
The app collects information about the battery and technical characteristics of the device only for providing to the user and does not collect it for advertising purposes.
Recent changes:
- updated some libraries
- reduce app size
- increased stability
