The Fair will welcome the international community of professionals from the sector to the exhibition halls of the BolognaFiere exhibition centre, with over 1,500 exhibitors and a professional public that, now more than ever, are demonstrating the esteem with which they hold the world’s leading fair event dedicated to the trade in copyrights and children’s publishing, workshops and conferences, exhibition discovering the best international illustration publishing, authors and the winners of the most prestigious international awards.

The Bologna Children’s Book Fair (BCBF) – the world’s leading event in the children’s publishing industry – celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2023! These have been sixty years of growth and development that have seen many new projects abroad and the launch of new initiatives at the fair itself. BCBF is due to take place at BolognaFiere from 31 March to 3 April 2025 together with its “sister” events BolognaBookPlus (BBPlus) and Bologna Licensing Trade Fair/Kids (BLTF/K).
