Recent changes:
- Added the ability to add a book cover image from the gallery or the camera.
- Rewrote the book creation screen.
- Fixed the bug where the app was killed in the background when the user was taking a picture of a book cover. The app will now restore the previous state when the user returns to the app. And the user will now be able to complete the book creation process and image upload.
