Before Use
・Ensure that you have made any necessary changes to the settings from the app menu.
・It has a bad effect on the numbers moving animation when the "Remove animations" in your android settings is enabled. It's recommended to disable this setting.
Basic Usage
・Save a calculated value using drag and drop.
・Place a saved value on the current calculated result to edit the formula.
・Double tap on a saved value to add it to the end of a formula.
(If the end of the formula is any of four arithmetic operators, it just adds the number at the end. Otherwise, it also adds a plus symbol.)
・Long-press the "+" button to calculate the sum of all saved values.
・Delete an unwanted value simply by placing it in the trash can.
・Long-press the "C" button to clear all values.
Percentage Calculations
・Calculate ¥200 with an added 8%.
200 + 8% = 216
・Calculate ¥500 with a 20% discount.
500 - 20% = 400
・Calculate 20% of ¥500.
500 × 20% = 100
・Calculate the original amount before 8% was added resulting in ¥216.
216 ÷ 108% = 200
Calculations with/without Tax
Examples with a tax rate of 8%:
・Calculate the price inclusive of tax for ¥200.
200 ⇒ +TAX ⇒ 200 + 16 = 216
・Calculate the price exclusive of tax for ¥216.
216 ⇒ -TAX ⇒ 216 - 16 = 200
*The amount of tax is calculated from the calculation result at that point.
100 + 100 ⇒ +TAX ⇒ 100 + 100 + 16 = 216
*The decimals of the tax amount is rounded using the configured settings.
*You can use different tax rates (e.g. standard tax rate and reduced tax rate) if the "Select a tax rate in calculating" in the settings is enabled.
Constant Calculations
Using CASIO-style or SHARP/Canon-style constant calculations, the same calculation can be repeated by pressing only "=".
Press "C" or close the app to clear the constant and return to normal calculation.
Example of CASIO-style constant calculations:
・30++200= ⇒ 200 + 30 = 230
400= ⇒ 400 + 30 = 430
・30−−200= ⇒ 200 − 30 = 170
400= ⇒ 400 − 30 = 370
・1.1××100== ⇒ 100 × 1.1 × 1.1 = 121
200== ⇒ 200 × 1.1 × 1.1 = 242
・1.1÷÷121== ⇒ 121 ÷ 1.1 ÷ 1.1 = 100
242== ⇒ 242 ÷ 1.1 ÷ 1.1 = 200
Example of SHARP/Canon-style constant calculations:
・200+30= ⇒ 200 + 30 = 230
400= ⇒ 400 + 30 = 430
・200−30= ⇒ 200 − 30 = 170
400= ⇒ 400 − 30 = 370
・100×1.1== ⇒ 100 × 1.1 × 1.1 = 121
200== ⇒ 200 × 1.1 × 1.1 = 242
・121÷1.1== ⇒ 121 ÷ 1.1 ÷ 1.1 = 100
242== ⇒ 242 ÷ 1.1 ÷ 1.1 = 200
* In constant calculations, long-press "=" to replace the formula with its result.
* In the case of SHARP/Canon-style constant multiplication, this app uses the multiplier as the constant, not the multiplicand.
