With this app, you can:

1- Create and transition customer requests.
2- Comment on the requests.
3- Add multiple attachments to the requests.
4- Get real-time push notification of important updates.
5- Filter open requests, closed, created user.

Note: To activate all of JSMobile's features, your support portal admin should install the JSMobile-Service Management Portal app on the Atlassian Jira instance through this link.
