The all-in-one app for actors, in addition to helping you learn your lines, LineLearn SelfTape can also use the selfie-camera to record your self-tape scenes while reading-in your cues and displaying your lines.
The teleprompt screen can scroll your lines automatically or use a Bluetooth VR game-controller to scroll manually. It can also mirror the text for use with a stand-alone teleprompter.
Video takes can be cut, joined and shared from within the app.
Load your script from a file, copy-and-paste it, or input your cues and lines within the app. To help you learn, the app can speak your cues aloud, prompt you, test you and reveal your lines as required.
Use text-to-speech to speak your cues and lines, or record them within the app. If you already have an audio recording of the script, the app can play that too, synchronising it with your text.
Using speech-recognition, LineLearn SelfTape can hear and test your spoken lines - highlighting errors or continuing to your next cue when your line is correct.
With adjustable cue lengths and with cue-to-cue mode to skip intervening lines, optimise the time you spend learning your script!
Recent changes:
The Text screen now automatically saves the edited text when returning to the Lines screen.
If individual Lines are modified, on returning to the Text screen, a warning is given with the option to overwrite the saved text with the new version of the lines.
Improved functioning of "Capitals & New Line" character-name delimiter.
Support added for use of a JSP Bluetooth foot-pedal page-turner to control the teleprompter.
Fixed bug when importing LRN formatted scripts on some devices.
