If you obtained the Dazzling Heart from the Star Character Contest, you can directly redeem this skin in Skin Shop. If you don't have the Dazzling Heart, the skin will also be available at a 50% discount within two weeks after the release.
2. You can now select Aeltara and Tsukuyomi, two Astral heroes, to summon in Prophecy Summon.
