All new trainees receive a FREE 10-minute Coach Connect with your 1:1 assigned coach via web meeting upon registration. This is complimentary regardless of whether or not you go Premium.


In the initial Coach Connect session, your Coach (Rosie, Cally, Alex or Tom) will:


- Show you how we use your activity data to make a personalized plan

- Illuminate how we periodize training for non-goal and goal races in your schedule

- Explain how we calculate your specific workouts and paces

- Discuss the signals we look for to identify when you may need to back off and when you’re ready for a peak performance

- Outline how we adjust training for injury, travel and all of life’s events


We strive to make 1:1 personalized training affordable via Runcoach Premium:


- Monthly = $39.00

- Semi-Annual = $219.00

- Annual = $399.00


We utilize Effective Tracking and Syncing to Enable our Feedback Loop:


- Enjoy audio cues with your assignment and paces through GPS tracking for every workout via the app

- Understand actionable performance metrics with color coded splits for every interval, Mile or Km

- Seamlessly sync with popular devices and services like Strava, Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Google Fit, and Apple Health
