BITCOIN-BACKED LOANS*
Strike offers bitcoin-backed personal loans to customers in select U.S. states. You must have an active Strike account in good standing to be eligible for a loan. Loans range from $100,000 to $2,000,000 with a term of 12 months and a maximum initial loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of 50%. There are no origination, early repayment, or late payment fees, but liquidation fees may apply. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is 12% if you elect to make monthly payments or 12.284% if you elect to repay the entire loan at maturity. For example, if you choose to repay the entire loan at maturity and receive a $100,000 loan, the total amount you will pay is $113,000 (due to compounding on deferred monthly payments), assuming you maintain the required LTV for the duration of the loan and do not incur any liquidation fees. Strike loans are made by Zap Solutions Capital, Inc., an exempt subsidiary of Zap Solutions, Inc., and are subject to a loan agreement.
