Listen to the Surah Al-Rehman recited by Qari Abdul Basit (without translation).
Listen to the Qaseeda Burda Shareef by Qari Khushi Muhammad.
Before you start listening, close your eyes, imagine yourself in presence of GOD and listen to the it with great concentration and focus. When the recitation / qaseeda ends, open eyes, take half glass of water. Again close your eyes and say "ALLAH" thrice in your heart and drink water in three sips. Take water this way every time after listening to the recitation / qaseeda.
You have to do it repeatedly for 7 consecutive days (if you miss a day you have to begin from the start),
