•Fix if 'Require delivered quantity to match cylinder ship quantity' config is checked it does not apply to gas items
•Fix web service errors from occurring in Truck Load and Unload if greater than 24 characters entered
•Fix to not create 888888 truck unload records for tag ID difference quantity
•Modifications for Chainway Android devices with built-in scanners to use intent scanning for better scanning
