• number of japa rounds chanted (before 7:30 / from 7:30 to 10:00 / from 10:00 to 18:00 / after 18:00)
• singing of the Holy Name (kirtan), in minutes
• reading books of Srila Prabhupada
• time of morning rise
• time of going to sleep
• listening to spiritual lectures
• service to devotees
• practicing yoga
