Roland XPS keyboards have an editing power that many users often don't fully utilize.
And now, this editing power will be available right at your fingertips.
Access editing functions and create elaborate performances directly from your phone—features that will take your performances to the next level.
Key editing options include:
Disabling functions for each performance part (Pedal, Pitch Bend, Modulation).
Range selector for easy creation of Splits and Layers.
Changing the MIDI channel for each part to control multiple sounds via faders.
A library with all XPS-10 patches, including a search system and automatic switching on the keyboard.
Effect mapping (MFX) and effect chain functions.
Adjustable Attack, Release, Cutoff, and Resonance for each performance part.
Read the currently selected performance on the XPS.
New Live Performance Mode—access sound controls while playing.
Connecting to Your Phone:
Make sure your XPS-10 has the following setting:
MENU / SYSTEM / USB DRV → set to GENERIC.
If not, change it, exit the menu, restart the keyboard, and follow the steps below.
Connect all cables.
Turn on the keyboard.
Open the app.
At the top of the app menu, a green indicator should confirm that the XPS-10 is connected.
