Push changed files to a SFtp, Samba, Win-Share, NextCloud 22 or WebDAV Server.

Push changed files/images to a SFtp, Samba, Windows 10/11 share , NextCloud, PhotoPrism or WebDAV Server.
This is not a sync or compare between source and target, you can delete the file after push from the target, and it will be not pushed again.
